The Renaissance is Coming

As of late 2025, major interior demolition is underway to prepare for the rebuild. Work is focused on getting the theatre "down to its bones," with the elevator shaft excavation started and support structures being prepared. The main auditorium is closed during this major phase 1 year, though the lobby/concession area remains partially open. We are targeting a grand reopening in October 2026.
